Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Charlotte follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was in town for business, and staying at the Hyatt Place Uptown Charlotte and was craving pizza after a long day. I found King of Fire Pizza online, but it was close to closing time. Since I'm a huge pizza lover, I decided to call anyway—and I'm so glad I did! Evan answered the phone, and told me they were running low on dough but said he would save enough for my order if I could get there quickly. He took my order over the phone, asked my name, and was incredibly pleasant and accommodating from the very beginning. It was only about a five-minute walk from my hotel. When I arrived and introduced myself, Evan greeted me and we ended up having one of the best conversations I've had with a business owner. He even showed me the award they received in Italy recognizing them for having some of the best pizza. One of the employees brought my pizza out to my table very quickly, and it was made exactly the way I requested. The pizza was absolutely phenomenal! Honestly, words don't do it justice, it was THAT good. What stood out just as much as the food was the customer service. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and Evan genuinely seemed to love what he does. Exception

Great lunch spot while in town attending a trade show convention. Prices a little high, $20 for a personal pepperoni and a fountain, but the quality is good. Staffed seemed a little rushed, buy that's because it was the lunch rush hour. Food tasted great and the music playing over the speakers was great!! I would highly recommend this place. Atmosphere was great too. Oh, you can also eat outside in the park which can be great and relaxing!!

Had the chance to stop by King of Fire Pizza in Charlotte today to check out just one of what my good friend Siler Chapman has built. Man… this place is legit. Killer crust, great flavor, and some really creative pies. The pickle situation on that one pizza shouldn’t work… but somehow it absolutely does. The space is awesome too, great vibe, packed with people, and you can tell they care about what they’re putting out. Also shoutout to the girl working the register today, she was an awesome host right when we walked in. Proud of you brother. What you’ve built is special. If you’re ever anywhere near CLT, do yourself a favor and go check out King of Fire. 🍕

Amazing pizzas. When you read the menu, you think you know what you want until you read the next one. Then the next one. It's considerably difficult to choose one. Every one we had was so good. Salads were very large. Super friendly staff. Great place to pop in.

I’ve lived in Charlotte for 5 years, and I’ve had decent pizza! But it’s hard to come across wood fire pizza. My boyfriend loves wood fire and I thought hey, let’s give them a try! This is what we got… pretty self explanatory. BURT TO A CRISP, HARD AS A ROCK! NEVER AGAIN! :( We couldn’t even scrape the bottom of it off to eat it! :(((((((
